Work beginning on Front Street?

Great Googley Moogley! After years of promising "it would begin", it
looks like some work has begun on the long dormant Front Street
Project. Ok, this tidbit might not be as interesting to any one
outside of Hartford, but some of us have been watching this vacant
eyesore for over a decade hoping something would happen.
