I paid the meter and missed coming back by couple of minutes - got $25 fine - is that reasonable no! (I am willing to pay $5 tops for this that might be reasonable)... so I went to protest a ticket and got another $15 added to that - again for what just stating my case with someone for 1 minute? In fact, riding through several streets this morning, I can say that what they do tell you is thus:&lt;BR/&gt;"2 HOUR PARKING&lt;BR/&gt;8:00 AM to 6:00 PM"&lt;BR/&gt;There isn't even a "except on weekends" or anything suggesting that one doesn't have to pay after 6PM. I've always had trouble locating signs (here and in other cities) that clearly explain when parking must be paid for.&lt;BR/&gt;&lt;BR/&gt;I'm more confused by the signs at the HPL garage/parking area.
